Snow Sculptures!

With winter storm Juno upon us promising a heavy amount of snow, my mind is totally set on building some sweet snowmen! Being a community of artists however, I've decided to share some awesome snow sculpture inspiration! Wouldn't it be awesome to turn the terrace into our own snow gallery?

Lots of these awesome sculptures have been carved from compressed blocks of snow that can be up to 15 feet tall and weigh over 20 tons! The St. Paul Winter Carnival hosts the oldest Snow Sculpture contest in the world, founded in 1886. There are similar events held in China, Spain, the Netherlands & Canada.
