Skin for Spring

Soon those gloomy days of winter will be a thing of the past, but your skin won't be so quick to let go. All that harsh weather probably has taken a toll on you, so why not treat yourself to a DIY facial for Spring?

Skin Brightener 

1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
1 dash of ground cinnamon
1 dash of ground nutmeg

Apply to face for 10 minutes then wash off with warm water.

Facial Scrub

1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of brown sugar

Apply gently to face, rubbing in circular motions, and then rinse off with warm water.

Moisturizing Facial

1 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoons ground oats
1/2 banana

Mash all ingredients together until there is an even consistency and let it sit on the skin for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off.
