Tobey Maguire Chess Movie

I don't know about chess. I just know I like playing the game. I also know of one chess player, probably the most famous of them all-- Bobby Fischer.

Boby Fischer was the Mozart of chess. Meaning... he was a genius. At age 15 he became a Grandmaster and won national championships. From the big Brooklyn, NY, Bobby eventually went the formally Soviet Union for competition.

That is where the film Pawn Sacrifice, coming out everywhere September 25th, is set. Bobby Fischer, the genius will go to the USSR and play chess. Another epic and emotional story focussing around the Cold War.
Bobby Fischer will be played by Tobey Maguire (Spiderman, Pleasantville). Tobey was recently in the reimagining of the Great Gastby, and in my opinion, it is good that he gets a way from the Spidy-suit even though he has not been slinging webs since the early 2000s-- he is still talked about as Spiderman however.
