Egg Bun in 1 minute

Here is a simple recipe for making what I call "an egg bun" All you need is a small bread roll or bun (Trader's Joe) and an egg (also from Trader's Joe).

1. Take the mini bun and carve out the inside. The hole should be big enough to allow egg yolk and white to sit.

2. Puncture the yolk with a fork or knife (this is to ensure that the egg does not "pop" while being microwaved).

3. Sprinkle with little salt and pepper.

4. Put it in a microwave for a min (the time can be vary depending on your taste so feel free to do a little experiment).

4. ENJOY!

On a side note, you can also put cheddar cheese on top and let it melt for extra yummy factor.
