On November 28th Ludlow residents joined RA Brent in the Ludlow Kitchen for "All Hail The Mighty Egg". This event focused on preparing different styles of eggs, an inexpensive food that can be prepared in a variety of ways. People that attended got the see the successful preparation of omelets, how to separate egg whites to cook egg white omelets, cheesy eggs, over easy, fried, and my personal favorite “Birds Nests”. Aside from cooking food everyone got the chance to take a break from their work and to hang out in the kitchen with each other!
