Cup of Prevention: (fu)Filled!

For most of us, last Friday had the same demands as every other Friday this semester except in costume and spider webs. Ludlow hosted its first Cup of Prevention program that morning to kick off the Halloween weekend with a responsible start.

As residents poured out on their way to school, work and just the outside world in general, many took the time to stop and sign our pledge promoting the practice of consensual sex...and of course a piping hot cup of cocoa, too.

It may seem like a no-brainer to only practice consensual sex, but it unfortunately is not. With startlingly high volumes of reported and unreported sexual assaults and rape, it is on us as a community to promote responsibility and awareness.

Thank you to everyone that took a minute out of their morning commutes to sign the pledge, Ludlow and SVA thanks you!

For those of you who weren't up at the crack of dawn that morning, a copy of the pledge is below.

Hope you all had an amazing weekend!
