Guided Meditation

There was a guided Meditation held in the basement of Ludlow last Wednesday, so in case you missed it, here are some tips on how to practice guided mediation on your own. Meditation is a great way to mentally escape the city for a moment and relieve yourself from any stress you're feeling. Practicing meditation can be incredibly beneficial for your mental health.

#1 Choose a convenient time
#2 Choose a quiet place
#3 Sit comfortably
#4 Focus on your breathing*
        *When you begin the meditation, image you can see your breath and visualize what color it is.
